Dry Brushing

Many would probably not think of dry brushing as a detoxing exercise but as a matter of fact by doing this beauty ritual once or twice a day it can help to boost circulation and remove dead skin cells. The brush used with a body oil or butter deeply massages the skin to help stimulate lymph nodes and help reduce the appearance of cellulite by breaking down the fatty pockets of tissue.  

Oil Pulling

‚ÄčOil Pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic ritual done daily to prevent oral decay and help whiten and promote the health of your teeth. You simply use a tablespoon of coconut oil every day and swish this around your mouth for around 20 minutes to draw out bad toxins and bacteria from the gums.
