Delivery Rules & Restrictions
Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Next Day Delivery
Please note next day delivery orders placed before 12 noon would arrive the following day.
Orders are not processed over the weekend, so an order placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
If you cannot find your country in the drop down menu, it may be because we do not deliver to these countries on our UK site.
All orders placed on the What Skin Needs UK website are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box Address.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.
Signatures are required upon all deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.
All delivery charges are subject to change.
We hope that you are happy with your order and that your items arrive in good condition. However if you are not completely satisfied you may return the products to us in their original condition for a full refund.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel a UK Standard order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling in the contact form on our contact us page.
Please note, UK next day delivery orders cannot be cancelled and would therefore need to be returned.
Please be advised that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
